i need help guys!
i never played pro as i've mentioned before in one of my previous posts and i don't know what came over me to sign up in our department's badmiton tournament (?) on Aug 13. we'll have a practice game on tuesday so i could try to measure up with the rest. i thought kasi it would be fun pero when i found out that i'm the only newbie in the group and the rest has won a tournament or two.. gawd, what was i thinking?! :p

t'was a long weekend, we opted to color our world a bit starting with our bathroom.
successfull weekend warriors we thought we were after finishing all four walls, sadly the paint didn't quite attached itself and starts peeling when wet.
we're still thinking how to resolve this paint issue. until then, this will have to do.

2.Document outcome of testing based on expected test results
3.Perform data correction activities for cases of system malfunctions or manual errors based on supplied specification
4.Develop and document program specification based on approved systems design
5.Perform quality assurance or coding review of completed programs
Systems Implementation
1.Prepare program and system documentation such technical reference manuals
2.Install system/configuration/procedure
Systems Management
1.Supervise/Monitor/Administer the development work of assigned programmer ensuring that programming standards are adhered to
2.Assume program supervisor role for small to medium size projects
Others
1.Perform other functions as may be assigned

1.Write User Manual
2.Conduct User Training
Job Specification:
a.Qualification
College degree in Bachelor of Science, preferably Major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics or any Sound foundation on structured and/or object oriented programming
Strong oral and verbal communication skills
Strong business requirements gathering skills

b.Experience
at least 3 years of programming experience
Exposure to major phases of Systems Development Methodology
At least 1 year of systems design and analysis experience
c.Knowledge
Mandatory :
Knowledgeable in SQL programming
Knowledgeable in either COBOL or Visual Basic
Knowledgeable in SQLServer, MSAccess
Preferred :
Knowledgeable in Crystal Reports
Knowledgeable in Lotus Notes development
Knowledgeable in Java, JSP
Autonomy (Give three examples of any independent decision taken by job holder or action taken where job holder has complete autonomy i.e.. without referring to superior for approval).

when you say nothing at all
mahirap magbasa ng isip ng iba so mas maganda diba kung itatanong mo, ano ba ang problema o kung meron nga ba?

i'm the kind of person who tend to avoid conflicts in life, somewhat an escapist most of the time. i expect people to be more sensitive in my feelings for i am with theirs. but i understand a person may try and can only do so much and yet still not understand what is going on inside my head.

being recently married, one would expect na kami ay nasa honeymoon stage pa lang. ngunit dahil kaming dalawa lang ang magkasama sa bahay, hindi talaga maiiwasan magkainisan. minsan valid reasons minsan wala lang talaga.

oo, magkagalit kami kagabi.

ayun pala, dami pang pasakalye :D

i try and will keep on trying to resolve issues as soon as possible, but i'd rather not talk about it with you right then. in time, siguro. baka naman wala lang yun, baka naman meron pero masaya na ko kasi bati na tayo.
