Macaroni and Cheese ala D

Ingredients
1/2 500g pack of pastaZara macaroni
1 medium pack ChizWeez
1 250ml Bear Brand Milk
1 pc pork hungarian sausage

Half-cook the pasta for 5mins in boiling water.  On a separate pan, slightly fry sausage with a bit of butteroil. Add cheese spread and milk, stir at low heat. Drain the pasta and mix with cheese sauce.  Simmer until sauce is almost absorbed by the pasta.

You may try local brand for elbow macaroni though I prefer pastaZara as it doesn't get soggy easily.  I normally use Spam Lite or Ma-Ling as cheaper alternative.  I just happen to have left over sausages from last week.

Bet your kid will have fun whipping up this easy dish as much as my little chef did.

I was quite annoyed at bloggeroid this morning as I intended to have this posted already. Unfortunately, it crashed on me without saving it to my SD yet.  We're stuck in traffic so I was able to rewrite everything while passing time.

Despite Thunderstorms

Had a long exhausting day, the happy interesting fun kind. Not sure how I can nab some photos from earlier today as I am currently in rehab. I did something that I haven't done in ages and my fragile body (read: old) is suffering for it hahaha

I was ice skating with someone that might resemble no other than Alden (of the famous kalyeserye duo) to some mashedup Jonas song I prolly heard yesterday. He kissed me on my cheek and I gave him a peck as well.  Not part of the act at all.  Just because we felt like doing it.  After the stint, someone gave me a small chocolate cake.

Lately, I find myself nagging D about personal hygene my mom used to bug me as well when I was about her age.

- Do not scratch when your skin's itchy. Magsusugat and then magkakapeklat ka.
- Be careful, wag masyadong malikot. Andami mo nang pasa para ka nang dalmatian.

Nakukulitan ako kay mami nun dati. I bet D's feeling the same way too, ako na nga ang makulit na nanay hahaha I need to find a more effective way to instill these bilins without nagging and makr her follow them.

Speaking of Mudra, nalalapit na ang bertday nya. Ottoke?! I feel like we're 60% happy and 40% sad during get togethers. Without the kids, it seemed like smiling is more taxing than usual.  I want to plan something with her as I know it'll be different this year. Esep esep muna.

Where it all began

Yes, I managed to watch the first two episodes yesterday!! I might actually be like the mom who's more worried about guests cancelling on her daughter's birthday party than what's happening in the real world hehe I would've crushed on Cal but he's a walker now.  Bitin pa sa gore pero I'm eager to see the next eps.

Bogoshipo, Appa..

Ate cooked Beef Ribs with Tausi yesterday and made me miss you more, mga luto mo for me. My intention is to write this post to express how much I miss you.  I start to tear up every word I type.  Challenge ito kasi I'm currently out in the open and people will see me #emoterangfrog #kraykray lang ang peg.
I think I should do this more often and somewhere more private haha.

You have an amazing heart and I know He will reward you for it.
