Shrimp Broccoli in Oyster Sauce ala K

Ingredients:
12pc medium shrimp, peeled
1/2 medium white onion
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce

Saute onion and garlic in heated oil and butter. Add broccoli and wait for about 5mins until half cooked then mix in the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Once shrimp is pinkish, your dish is now cooked and ready to serve.

Probably okay for 3 pax who are light-eaters hahaha

It's been a while since I cooked a decent dish. Our helper took the day off and I've no choice but to lest I let my alaga starve *exagg*

Bet you can tell I'm not much of a cookbook writer. Some measurements are a bit hmmm.. not exact. Batcham lang hahaha but I know you can cook this one as it's super easy.

Chow na! ^^

UN Day SY 2015-2016

Took a day off from work and made sure to attend TLG's school activity as I missed the last one.

Prior to the actual program, achievers for second quarter were recognized. D's a bit sad as she placed third this quarter. We reassured her that so long as she did her best, no need to feel bad about it. Plus, there's always next quarter to do better.

D with her girlfriends, A and Y.

S and his brother, Top 1.

Walked out on me! I practically had to beg just to get a decent snap.

She also won 1st place in UN Creative Writing (English Category), yey! ^^

Sayang, we weren't able to attend our company's Trick or Treat event afterwards, coding eh!
