KIND OF EXAMINATION: TRANSVAGINAL UTZ
SONOGRAPHIC FINDINGS
Within the enlarged uterus is a single live intrauterine embryo with a crown rump length of 16.6 equivalent to 8 weeks and 1 day age of gestation.
Cardiac activity was appreciated (171 bpm).
A yolk sac is noted measuring 2.0 mm.
Wrapped around placenta
Amniotic fluid volume is adequate.
No free fluid seen at the posterior cul-de-sac.
IMPRESSION
- SINGLE, LIVE INTRAUTERINE PREGNANCY EQUIVALENT TO 8 WEEKS AND 1 DAY AGE OF GESTATION BY CROWN RUMP LENGTH
- WRAPPED AROUND PLACENTA
- NORMAL AMNIOTIC FLUID VOLUME
