Tagaytay: Hawaiian BBQ Grill

1. 4 boutique signage, 2. 4 boutique facade, 3. 4 boutique chandelier, 4. 5 dani lounge 2

Prior to leaving our house, I've already made reservations as I'm afraid we might wait due to friday crowd (which never did appear that night). Puros mga hotel guests yung nakasabay namin magdinner.

1. 6 mushroom macadamia soup, 2. 6 bbq blue marlin steak, 3. 6 bbq orig baby back ribs, 4. 6 mixed veggies tempura

I had the hawaiian punch and mango shake for hubby. He also ordered on San Mig Light as an appetizer (talaga naman). Breakdown of expenses:

P450.00 - Orig BBQ Baby Back Ribs
P168.00 - BBQ Blue Marlin
P105.00 - 3pcs plain rice
P280.00 - Mushroom Macadamia Soup
P127.50 - Mixed Veggie Tempura
P125.00 - Hawaiian Punch
---------------
P1,323.50 - Amount due inclusive of 12% vat
+ 118.17 - 10% Service Charge
---------------
P1,441.67 - Total Bill

Hmm.. as I was typing the breakdown, I realized our mango shake was not included in the bill. Di bale, we didn't take na our change (added tip na rin kasi sana) so quits na lang :) We left quickly after getting the doggie bag, sleepy na kasi si dani.

I guess we didn't know yet the proper pairing of menu items so nasuya talaga kami sa karne. Medyo manipis kasi yung blue marlin as in single serve lang sya tapos the veggie tempura was dry din. Better siguro if we have steamed or buttered veggies. Maybe if I ordered the honey-mustard flavored ribs instead para maiba.

Not sure if there will be a next time, we'll see ;)

Sidebet: even if they had cookies, i doubt they'll share their cookie recipes hehe
