This was taken during her 2nd class, Apr16. Today was her 4th day and she was having a blast as usual. Unfortunately, it rained and since dani recently developed a fear of thunderstorm or heavy rains, fun was cut short and she begged we go home immediately.
I'm currently struggling as how I can address her new fear. Specially now that rainy season is threatening to come soon and end the summer earlier.
Anyways, I'm happy to report that with the help of her floaters, she can swim on her own regardless of how deep the water is. Her yabang moment is when she floats on her back with such ease :D Her overconfidence in the water is the main reason I wanted her to learn how to swim. Baka kasi malunod pag akala nya kaya na nya.
If I'm not mistaken, we still have 8 more sessions to go. We'll see what new tricks she'll learn by then.

Despite dani's persistent cough, we joined our company's summer outing at Wild Orchid Resort in Olongapo. We left cavite around 430am, off from makati by 545am. We made two stops and arrived at around 10am. Snacks were served and the games started. Was not able to participate, we decided to stroll by the beach (not much like Outer Banks) and see if Dani will like it. She cried when her dress was caught by the waves and got wet :p

Taking one of those diet pills might not work for me as long as I do binge eating. Oh well, lets pray I do more swimming and pump my heart a little :D At least I can say I'm doing something than nothing at all ;)

I am home with my Dani :D Today's her third swimming lesson. Not quite sure if I'll take a dip myself considering I'm already couple of tones darker. It's been raining a lot lately but we have plenty of sunshine this morning.

Dr. Chase has been keeping me busy most of my nights. In preparation for the long vacation, hubby bought me several deebeedees which remains untouched as I write. I'm on my second season, still have three more seasons to catch up so while I'm off doing differential diagnosis with the team, wearing sexy mini dress under my white coat, you may find latest pics and some kwentos in Flickr :D
Cool, huh?! :D Unlike Bob stroller or any stroller I've seen before this one is definitely one of a kind :D In one of our horse backriding sessions, one of the caretaker told us we can buy a horse for P15K-20K. Even if our homeowners association will allow us to keep one for ourselves, she might have not enough room in our house anyway.
Not that I want to steal the show from Bro, it just seems a good time to relive this blog, dont you think? :D
I'm scared to go to work tomorrow. Problems always jump at me after long vacations, as if welcoming me back to work.
I'm green with envy after seeing my sister's new toy but I'll just have to make do with mine as I am only starting to know how to play with it seriously (if there's such a thing as serious playing hehe) pray i'll be able to resist when it's on sale ;)
