From the local market, fresh tomatoes are sold for P100/kg. You can make your own tomato based sauce with
peeled tomatoes and olive oil sauteed with garlic, seasoned with salt, pepper and basil leaves. My brunch however was the recycled pasta I cooked
last Sunday. I love the fact that it can remind you of
wind spinners or wagon wheels :) Sometimes when your base sauce doesn't change much, using a different noodle can breathe new life into your pasta dish :D
