Pink Tuna Maki

I had a long weekend, was able to prepare the little girl's monday lunch.  Go search for cute bento lunch boxes for kids and you know what I was aiming for.  Hey, this is not much but it's a start :D  Dani was actually excited to bring and eat this at school.  Returned empty when she got home.  Success!

I used beets to add color to the rice, squashed tuna in the middle.  Bonus cheese cubes, her favorite.  Saw these cute food cutters I bought from japanese stores.  Hopefully, I can make use of them some more.
