About three years ago, I was three counts short from being a High-Risk candidate of Heart Disease. I didn't take the results at heart and ate with no conscience. Last week, the inevitable happened. Consequently, results showed an increase I can no longer ignore.
Found myself "reviewing" about bad and good cholesterol and whatever is good for the heart. However, before I overwhelm myself with too much info, I guess it's best to start with substituting oatmeal for breakfast (or at least one meal a day).
Matra: Less meat, more fiber.
and maybe some brisk walking everyday --while window-shopping perhaps harhar ;)
