Becauses I needes to burn that burger :) It's the kind of hurt that feels good.  Even as I struggle with my next kata, Sensei was very encouraging.  Gotta think of ways to promote thw club and up our numbers.

Me Time and Some Hearty Brekkie

Nah, this ain't gonna be a food blog.  I was never a food blogger anyway but I do love food and I blog.

We missed the alarm this morning, with the help on vacation, we've no choice but to join the morning rush with a blackhole in our belly.

I feel like I'd be super irritable should I punch straight in the office hence the quick detour to this luxurious brekkie place.  It ain't cheap but the crunchy chewy waffles were worth it.
