I got a mushy card, a book (not just any book), yummy buco pie, macapuno and pastillas treats from hubby. I wasn't expecting any and he gave me so much more. As for me, I gave his gift weeks ago, audio cds, just in case I forget or cram for time in getting him one ;p

We had great weather earlier in the day. Tita Lon asked if we'll push thru with out picnic, without thinking twice I said yes. It'll be nice to spend some time outdoors and not get stuck watching backyardigans all day :p We just bought lechon manok and managed to bring along some steamed veggies. Hubby was able to buy sweet ripe mangoes perfect for dessert :D

Neverending Story

I finally got my order from Amazon c/o Julie :D Can't wait to watch and read The Neverending story. I will have to give copies to my siblings who prolly want to relive this story again. I'm not quite sure when I first saw the movie, will have to confirm with bro if it was indeed during gradeschool. Not to be ignored, Nick Bantock's 3rd book for the Griffin and Sabine trilogy is just pleading to be read, I want to slow read this one and relish each image, scribbles and doodles on every page.
Dani's ninang generously included unexpected gifts along with the items above. Salamat po, sa uulitin hihi. We attended a baby shower earlier at Dad's Glorietta today. Took a couple of pics, hopefully i'll make a separate post about it. With the looks of it, the new mom won't be needing any weight loss pills after giving birth.

Also, we went to visit my mami and dadi afterwards, much to their delight. They really do miss my little imp and she misses them too. the night was just long enough for a short get together and soon we were bound back for home.

good thing my brother already has a copy of Australia and he's not kidding when he said it's quite a long story :p i don't mind, i love Baz! sometimes i find hugh a bit too much for drama hehe grabe ang laki ng katawan nya! O_O nicole is classic as ever and yes, i can't wait to get my hands on the movie's OST hehe i particularly like the choir rendition of somewhere over the rainbow and the chinese guy's guitar song :D

i'm on my last few pages of gaiman's Coraline. do by any chance, have a copy of the movie? i was hoping to finish it today but was required to attend some matters at work so there goes my sunday.. i've been having happy dreams lately, i wish to have it more often.. haay..
