The other day, hubby was thinking he should get some form of exercise since his metabolism is not cooperating with his goal to stay healthy. He's not yet desperate yet to check some liporexall review to solve his dilemma. So, hubby and the little girl played some hoops, more like dribbled the ball, yesterday morning. It was just a short session with the summer heat and all but it's a start.
