And so it was fairly explained why Zoe's character has trust issues, I just can't believe Stan can love her so much :D Talk about being too cynical :p But really, Stan is unbelievably a dream catch. Lucky penny = lucky girl + lucky boy. I liked the movie's effort to be realistic mostly when tackling the effects of pregnancy on couples. My favorite part was the men talk in the playground.
Stan asked the playground dad what it was like to have kids. Incoherently he explained, it's an awful, awful, awful, awful thing and amazing and then awful, awful, awful then amazing the awful, awful, awful.. awful... (Or something like that with full emphasis on awful). His kid came to him and says, Dada. To which Stan understood, something amazing like that happens and it makes it all worthwhile.
