Currently at the Makati Ayala branch. Office was open promptly at 7am. I was 5th in line and my form was validated and encoded by 7:30am. It was a relief when the staff told me to wait for the Photo ID capture as it opens at 8am. I was surprised because last month when I called the customer service line I was informed that I need to get an appoinment at the Diliman branch. Better wait for 30mins than go there! As I type manong guard (concerned about me fiddlimg on my fone) approached me and ask if I am waiting for the ID photo capture, smiling
friendly all the while.
