So I'm an A, Hubby and Dani are both O. Most of my favorite food/ingredients are detrimental to my health.
I love coconut, papaya, melon and orange. I usually use sesame oil in stir fry dishes for added aroma. I like wheat *sigh* Don't get me started on dairy..
Best to stick to:
Salmon, Grouper, Mackerel, Sardine, Carp and Cod
Peanuts, Flax Seed and Olive Oil
Broccoli, Pumpkin and Spinach
Berries, Pineapple, Lemon and Ginger
Green Tea and max of 1 cup of Coffee a day
Let's see if I have the luxury to follow this healthier food options. Got the result from my APE and one doesn't need medical assistant school to read: OVERWEIGHT from the results.
