Mamay celebrated his 82nd birthday during All Saints Day. Although his actual birth date was last Oct 23, we picked this date so everyone has a greater chance of dropping by. My relatives from Canada were able to take a break from their likewise busy sched to celebrate with us :)

Here's Dani with some of her cousins :) I like her pigtails and she agreed to wear the skirt we've had since she's one and didn't get to wear until now :p

Sunday, Oct 26, we trooped to McDo Cabuyao, Laguna (felt like we're heading for the Outer Banks) for Kurt's 2nd Birthday Party. Guests were requested to wear stripes but Dani's were all small na so we just turned up in Plain Pink. We're sad we didn't get to finish it as kulit is getting cranky already. I think its because the place was crowded and she didn't have much space to loiter around. The host is super hyper but I think she needs to control her voice's decibel lest we all go home

Cassey, dani's cousin, turned one last Saturday afternoon. As I am tamad mag-effort in putting up dani's attire for the said party, I just got her to wear this :) Almost everybody commented as how BIG she is for her age. She's wearing a 5t shirt and a 4t skirt which probably made her earn such comments. My cousin's MIL gave an unsolicited advice telling me: "Dapat i-control na yan kasi alam natin nakakatuwa at cute pag mataba pero mahirap na."

I just gave her my fake smile with a thought bubble screaming defensive remarks. Kainis.

Anyways, yours truly got to host some games for the kids. Sinabak ako ng tita ko, very much unprepared, napagod ako dun. When I was calling the kids sabi ko sali na't may prize ang manalo. Lapit ang nanay ng maybirthday at sabay bulong: "Ate, anong prize?"

Hala, wala bang prize?! Kalurkey! Maya inabot na lang nya sakin ang prize money na sabi ko eh maya na lang kunin ng mga bata. Ang siste, natapos na yata ang party, hindi na naclaim ang prizes hehe nagkalimutan na :D

It was already past 1pm when Cris, one of hubby's basketball buddies, drove by and told me her we're invited to her daughter's birthday party later at 3pm. Hala, I remember yaya sel told me about it last week but since we didn't receive any formal invitation (which most likely will be posted on the fridge as a reminder), forgot about it.

eto na nga, buti tulog si dani kaya nakasaglit kami ng SM Dasma to buy gift for later. pagdating namin, gising na si dani and then pumunta na kmi sa phase 1 kung san andun yung party.

One thing's for sure, dani's still scared of clowns. Ayaw talaga lumapit. After the party, dumaan muna kami sa playground which I know super gusto ni dani :D i took some photos and uploaded in dani's flickr account, go look and see :D

Perfect Movers: New York Moving Company

For Sean

Yesterday morning, we went to Sean's 1st Birthday Party held at Ortigas. Invites says we should be there by 9:30AM. However, we got there by past 10AM already which is ok naman daw kasi the party as just started. At home na talaga si Dani kay Jollibee kaya she was able to enjoy the party unlike previous ones.

We didn't get to join games (as usual) but we did get a lootbag :D When the host asked the parents to open a gift, napili nila yung samin. I just hope they're happy with the megablocks we gave Sean. Hubby says there's still christmas so pwede pa bumawi if ever. The party ended around 12NN. Balak pa sana namin dumaan ng Greenhills. Naexcite pa naman ako akala ko makakapag window shopping galore man lang hehe pero hubby said its better we proceed to our next itenirary for the day :D

Sunday was a fun day. We went to two birthday parties, both celebrants are in their 7th year already. Will post more pics later. Just have to catch up at work :)
