i had another dream. the kind when all protagonist ends up hurt or dead. funny, it was like a tagalog movie. I was kristine hermosa, vina morales was my ate. i was caught up in a melodramatic scene as a victim or our local goverments corruption. for no reason at all, a certain barangay official was trying to sue me for something like physical injury. masakit daw ang shoulder nya dahil sakin. i remember touching his hand while pleading for the life of my father/brother. the case of my father/brother was dismissed pero ako naman ang napagdiskitahan.
jestoni alarcon i think was an uncle whom i thought can be trusted. i seek advise from him, he told me to just say sorry. which i did, pathetically, crying, kneeling for mercy. the governor went out of the office and told the corrupt baragay official he's being unreasonable. samahan daw kami sa bayan para "ayusin" namin to.
my ate vina felt they are up to no good, knowing that the other guy has been eyeing her the whole time, sabi nya samahan nya daw ako. the next thing i knew, she was lifeless, raped.
i decided to wake up before my dream gets worse.

On mortgages
Previously in our e-group, tips and tricks of availing amortgage was discussed. It was said that currently PS Bank and Banco de Oro offers the lowest interest rate. Hubby and I had our house mortgage with RCBC Bank. We applied for a loan about four years ago. We canvassed and inquired with other banks such as Keppel, ChinaBank and BPI. It took us almost a year to decide. Most of the bank only offered 70% of the actual value of the house. In effect, we will have to shoulder about 10% of the contract price, which is most often called equity.
At that time, we didn’t have that much money pooled together so we were actually thinking that maybe we just can’t get a house yet. It’s a sad hard fact we had to face. We just can’t afford it. We were kind of discouraged to apply for a pag-ibig loan. It was said that most likely we will not be able to get the desired loan or that our contributions will have to be adjust accordingly to get the amount we needed. I wasn’t sure how it will affect our monthly deductions and the whole application process was tedious.
Luckily, with the help of our agent, she forwarded our application to RCBC and they approved our loan with just the exact amount we’ll need. We went to the bank, filled up the forms and a few days after, our check was released. That easy. Now the monthly payment is another story.

To Love and Hate the Big G
I am still in shock. I will not write it in specifics yet because I dont want to jinx it. Some of you can tell, given my previous mixed posts. Maybe, it's a sign I'll be needing all the financial help I can get after all the shopping I'll go through in HK :)
That's one goal accomplished for the year!
* * *
Yes, even if this'll be my fourth trip to HK already, it's been ages since my last HK trip and still feels like the first time. All giddy happy and nervous :D Sad in a way for I sure will non-stop worry about my daughter coughing her lungs out for a week now :(
I have to stop now, as much as I wanted to bloghop more and write more (as I've seen Beowulf already) I have to comfort my daughter. Rest I must for tomorrow work I must. Yoda me?
Goodnight all, thanks for linking, tagging, awarding, dropping, passing by. It sure helped :D Hope you had a great weekend!
