Paypal and Eon Visa Card

I got this info initially from a commenter in Yugatech's post on Paypal Philippines. Then I found Nierva's post which proves that it can be done. Yes, you can transfer your paypal funds to a debit card which I believe is a better choice than withdrawing your funds as an advance payment for your credit card. There are charges here and there pero in the end you get your money diba as in pera na sya not just some figures you see on screen. Balitaan ko kayo pag successful na rin fund transfer ko ;)
