During my mom’s birthday, my brother told me that finally hisrealtor was able to release the necessary documents he needed for him to transfer his in-house loan to PAG-IBIG. They were making it difficult for him because once the loan is transferred, there goes their 21% interest. After all the sales talk, all they give is poor customer service. Bad.
I’m so excited for him because his next step would be moving and actually living in his own house. It’s about 30 minutes away from our place so hopefully we will be able to see them often in the future. Which reminds me to scout for some home stuffs they might need soon but i'll to set a date with my SIL first :)
